Repeat prescriptions can be requested by phoning the repeat prescription line 028 3756 3838 at any time while the surgery is open. Please​ do not request repeat scripts on the main health centre number.
Always allow 48 hours for collection of repeat scripts.

In light of the current circumstances we find ourselves in with COVID-19 – please allow 72 hours for collection of prescription.

We also suggest designating a pharmacy of your choice for your prescriptions to go to. This means your prescription will already be at that pharmacy and ready for collection after 72 hours.

Please do not ring the reception and ask on the process of your prescription.

If you have signed up for a chemist to collect your prescriptions – you do not need to come to the Health Centre – please leave it 72 hours and go straight to the chemist you have selected.

It will be necessary to see the doctor at agreed intervals to review your medication. We ask if a message has been left on your prescription to make a review appointment with a doctor or nurse, you do this as soon as possible.
